Get Fast Speed Training Dates Set

Get Fast Speed Training, founded and directed by Mr. Dale Boring will be held at
the Indiana Area Senior High School beginning June 14, 2010. Dale has a Masters' Degree in Exercise Physiology and is a Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning
Association (NSCA).
The program is available to any soccer player attending
grades 7 - 12 during the 2010 - 2011 school year. The program will
run two days a week over an eight week period. The cost to attend the Get
Fast Speed Training Camp is $60, BUT the Indiana Area Soccer Boosters will reimburse $50 to those players who attend
at least 12 of the 16 sessions .
